As an experienced manager of staff, services and projects, I can help you to celebrate achievement, review your activities and systems and assess the impact of external events on your work. My facilitation style is supportive and very participative. I will keep you focused on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems and barriers. We will use practical and creative activities to build on what you do well and make realistic plans to improve quality and access funding.
