Training & Personal Development
Short Courses
I offer short courses and workshops for individual organisations, networks and infrastructure organisations.
My style encourages and engages people to develop their skills and confidence through practical activities and group work. Learners' own needs and experiences are used as the basis for case studies, with opportunities to try out new techniques and learn from one another. I draw on a wide range of training techniques, including creative thinking, action learning, NLP and management theory.
Ask Sue Tuffin for courses on:

Personal development and career planning
I use practical activities to help people explore career options and work-life balance and plan for the future. These can be delivered on an individual or group basis.

What the clients say
Outcomes Funding
“Sue's background with the Community Fund is crucial - she knows local groups and the struggles they have, and she knows the problems that crop up once they apply for and get funding, and it really comes across in the way she relates to groups. A genuine understanding of their needs and capabilities means the training is more relevant and accessible to the groups.”

Project Management
“Excellent course, well worth taking time out for. The trainer was very responsive to learners questions and was able to encompass individual circumstances whilst still keeping the class on track.”
